Work Permits & LMIA

For workers building a career in Canada — and for employers who need them. We handle both sides of employer-supported work permits.

What we handle

Work permit services

01LMIA — employer side

Full LMIA preparation for employers: recruitment planning and advertising compliance, wage assessment, business documentation, and responses to Service Canada — including interview preparation.

02Work permits — worker side

LMIA-based work permits, extensions, and maintaining status between permits — timed carefully so you never fall out of status.

03PGWP & spousal open permits

Post-graduation work permits for graduating students, and open work permits for spouses of eligible students and workers.

04LMIA-exempt routes

Free-trade agreement permits (including CUSMA and the Canada-Korea FTA), intra-company transfers, and other International Mobility Program categories.

For employers: LMIA compliance starts before the application — recruitment, wages and documentation must line up from the beginning. Involving us early costs nothing extra and prevents the most common refusal grounds.
